Subject to Change: Flash Sale promotions are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise specified in a formal agreement made during the lease signing process.
Temporary Pricing: The Flash Sale promotional price for Valu Storage's storage units is a temporary offer and does not reflect the standard web-rates. The promotional price is valid for the first three months of the lease period, after which the price will revert to the standard rate.
Lease Agreement: Any terms, conditions, and rates discussed and agreed upon during the lease signing will take precedence and will be honored as per the official agreement.
General Terms
Payment and Billing: Rent is due on the first day of each month. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the lease agreement.
Occupancy and Use: The storage unit is to be used solely for the storage of personal or business items. Hazardous, flammable, or illegal items are strictly prohibited.
Access and Security: Tenants are responsible for securing their storage units with their own locks. Valu Storage is not liable for any loss or damage to the stored items.
Termination of Lease: Either party may terminate the lease agreement with a notice period as specified in the lease. Any outstanding rent or fees must be settled upon termination.
Modification of Terms: Valu Storage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to tenants through appropriate channels.
